Refund Policy

At Compass Co Travel, we want your journey to be as smooth as possible. Here’s what you need to know about refunds:

 

Deposits: A 30% deposit secures your booking. Deposits are generally non-refundable, but may be transferable to a future trip depending on the supplier.

 

Cancellations:

 

More than 90 days before departure: you’ll only lose your deposit.

 

60–89 days before departure: 50% of the total booking cost is retained.

 

Less than 60 days before departure: 100% of the booking cost is retained.

 

Non-refundable services (like special hotel rates or flights) cannot be refunded.

 

 

Supplier Payments: Some services require full or early payment and may be non-refundable. We’ll always let you know upfront.

 

Unexpected Changes: If a supplier cancels a service due to unforeseen events, we’ll do our best to help you secure any available refund or credit.

 

 

We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your plans against unexpected events.
